We do our best to make things right for our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority! By placing your order, you agree to our  and are aware of our shipping, reprints, return & refund policy.

LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEB-SITE AND ORDERING FROM INSTAINK, LLC YOU AGREE TO HONOR BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEB-SITE. Instaink, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE.

  **THIS IS A CUSTOM PRINTING SERVICE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISPRINTS AS A RESULT OF IMAGE SIZE, IMAGE QUALITY, COLOR MATCHES.  CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE PRINT READY ARTWORK FOR ALL ORDERS. **  

ORDER APPROVAL

Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. On custom orders if proofs are not approved in 24 hours Instaink, LLC  will print the order as is.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. Customer must notify Instaink, LLC via text at (561) 632-9200 within 48 hours of having received the item(s) for Instaink, LLC to consider re-printing. 

All original charges related to expedite printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE. If we made an error and approve a reprint, the customer must return the original item unused.  Shipping expense will be the client's responsibility. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours after you receive the order a reprint will be denied, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Additionally, re-prints will NOT be considered for:

Failing to follow care instructions, which can cause premature peeling, cracking or fading of the print. 

Poor print quality as a result of poor artwork.

Spelling errors/typographical errors on customer artwork.

Colors not printing as expected.  

Damage in shipping.

Wrong size ordered or garment sizing.

Cancelation or change of event date shirts are to be used for.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS/STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGE

If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Instaink, LLC is not liable. 

If a package is marked delivered, but you did not receive it  Instaink, LLC is not liable. In order to be considered for a reprint, you must file a police report, a claim with the shipping service for lost/stolen package and contact us within 48 hours after your package  was marked delivered for us to consider reprinting.  If you do not reach out to us within 24 hours with a valid police report and claim number from the shipping company, a reprint will not be approved, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

If the package is lost during shipping, you must file a claim with the shipping company and contact us within 48 hours for us to consider reprinting.  If you do not reach out to us within 24 hours with a valid claim number from the shipping company, a reprint will not be approved, NO EXCEPTIONS.

 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Instaink, LLC or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not Instaink, LLC has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services that you order from Instaink, LLC or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Instaink, LLC be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.

INDEMINITY

You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Instaink, LLC and all parties from whom Instaink, LLC has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into products.
